In an effort to provide our parishioners with accurate, legal information regarding the Archdiocese of San Francisco's filing of Chapter 11, we included all relevant information related to the decision and what impact it will have on Saint Cecilia Parish.

Only The Roman Catholic Archbishop, a Corporation Sole is included in the filing, and all Parish events and processes will not be affected. Saint Cecilia Parish, the Saint Cecilia School, and our facilities will continue to operate normally. All Offertory and Archdiocese Annual Appeal gifts are held in trust and will continue to be used for the purpose that they were given for. The intentions of our Parish family donors will always be respected.

At this time we do not know how long the bankruptcy will last but we will continue to notify our Parishioners as new information is provided.
